Made-in-Spain Tropical Monsoon
It rained ridiculously hard after dinner today.  So heavily that my kids started acting like hyper-excited piglets, squealing and snorting in delight.  It rarely rains this hard in Barcelona.

It poured and thundered so hard, for a moment I was brought back home, monsoon style :)
After the rain stopped, I peeped out of my bungalow to assess damages.  The front porch of every bungalow was pretty much flooded.
Case in point.  When Kiko and I stepped out to do check-in with the kids, it was in the middle of the storm.  We were both swarthed in thick jackets with hoodies.  Poor Kiko misjudged the rainfall and stepped out in sneakers--only to have them sloshed from the get go!
My oversoaked laundry.  Good side?  I was hanging my sweat soaked shirts to air out before dumping them into my laundry basket.  Guess all the sweat got drained out and it's just soaked with rainwater now.  Hopefully it smells better.  Hahahahha.

The rain's stopped, but it's thundering as I type this.  It might come again.
